Sales Support

Take on the role of an actively involved sales assistant in the sales operation of our company's core business. Your future daily options are a thrilling mix of sales and customer service. Your job will be split between office work, sales requests management, CRM adjustments, support of sales’ management team, as well as field work which includes going around Milan by car or tram for onsite apartment visits, move-ins and move-outs. You will be working on close contact with our team. 

 

The position is a full-time position. There will be a trial period of 2 months after which, if parties agree, a long-term position may be filled. Benefits include in addition to the base compensation, access to a company cell phone, company computer, annual ATM pass as well as access to work related ShareNow. 

 

We require from you: 

  • Strong knowledge of Italian and English language, both in spoken and written
  • Outgoing personality 
  • Confidence in dealing with people 
  • A valid Drivers License
Full-Time Real Estate Trainee (English and Italian speaking)

We are a dynamic real estate agency born in Milan and also based in the heart of Rome, working primarily with international clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and versatile full-time assistant to join our team and help us manage an increasing number of listings and client requests.

What we’re looking for:

A people-person with a creative eye and international flair.

You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our business: from photographing stunning Milanese apartments to dealing directly with landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Handle interactions with both landlords and tenants – building trust, answering questions, and assisting with viewings.
  • Photography & Editing: Take high-quality photos of apartments and edit them professionally using Photoshop or similar tools.
  • Social Media & Marketing: Manage or assist in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content to promote listings and build brand visibility.
  • Listing Management: Assist in writing, updating, and managing property listings across platforms.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and Italian
  • Good eye for interior photography + photo editing skills (Photoshop proficiency required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with or interest in social media marketing
  • Organized, proactive, and adaptable
  • Previous experience in real estate is a plus, but not mandatory

 

Job Details:

  • Location: Milan (mostly on-site with flexibility depending on the day)
  • Type: Full-time, 40h/week
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Compensation: Based on experience + possible performance bonuses, work contract as an employee

Interns

We are always looking for curricular interns (monthly pay of €500). We are already registered with Bocconi and Cattolica Universities as a JobGate employer, and we are open to set up new conventions: your internship with Renting Milan may be counted for academic credit.

The Internship

Take on the role of an actively involved intern in the operations of our company! Our daily operations are a thrilling mix of sales, marketing, and creative work, making the internship a truly holistic and immersive time where each day will bring fresh challenges. You will have a first hand role in every part of our daily business, working alongside our team in serving our tenant and landlord clients. The internship will give you the perfect opportunity to understand and experience every aspect of work in rapidly growing company, all while putting the skills you learned in class a test.

The ideal candidate:
  • has a strong knowledge of Italian and English Languages, any additional one is a plus
  • has an outgoing personality
  • knows ho to deal with people (clients, colleagues, landlords, etc.)
  • has multitasking skills
  • is able to prioritize 
  • is familiar with cold calls and/or is interested in developing this skill
  • is familiar with editing softwares, such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
  • is familiar with digital photography and s/he is willing to deepen his/her knowledge in the field
  • is familiar with the main Social Media platforms 

Interns Acquisitions - Landlords' Side

We are looking for curricular interns (monthly pay of €750). We are already registered with Bocconi and Cattolica Universities as a JobGate employer, and we are open to set up new conventions: your internship with Renting Milan may be counted for academic credit.

The Internship

Take on the role of an actively involved acquisition assistance in the landlord side of our company's core business. Your future daily options are a mix of managing and meeting landlords, checking and logging relevant legal documentation of apartments, creating CRM entries, taking acquisitions meetings, supporting the sales team in communication with the landlords, and managing customer service situations that require landlord intervention. Furthermore, you are expected to be able to shoot a real estate unit with a digital camera after adequate training. Your job will be both an office and a field position.

The position is a full-time position. The internship will be 6 month long, after which, if parties agree, a long-term position may be filled. Monthly compensation is 750 Euro. Benefits include in addition to the base compensation, access to a company cell phone, company computer, ATM pass as well as access to work related ShareNow.
